Mozilla, Netscape 6.x, 7.x users:
- Go to Preferences off the Edit menu. In the Advanced category, select Cache.
- Click the Clear Memory Cache and Clear Disk Cache buttons. (Netscape 6.x)
- Click the Clear Cache button. (Mozilla and Netscape 7.x)
Internet Explorer 5.x users:
- Go to Internet Options off the Tool menu.
- On the General tab, locate the Temporary Internet Files area.
- Click the Delete Files button.
Firefox and Netscape 8 users:
- Go to Options off the Tools menu.
- In the Privacy option, select Cache.
- Click on Clear or Clear Cache button.
Safari users:
- Select Empty Cache off the Safari menu.
- Click Empty button when prompted.
